Bottom round sirloin tip roast pics
I posted on saturday asking how long it should take to cook this. Got no answer so just went for it. 6lbs, took about 2 hours @350ish til it hit 130. Tented with foil for 10 mins then served. Marinated and then rubbed with Oakridge Comp Beef and Pork rub. Not bad for $1.99/lb
