Sausages on the SF

All yesterday I was grinding up breakfast sausages and hot hot sausages. Both are Boston butt but the hot is loaded with crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic. Also went to lowes and cut some steel to make smoking sticks to fit the SF.

I went with round stock and cut off 1.5" where it lays on top of the rack brackets so it won't roll around. Working pretty good and cost total of 15.00 and have left overs to fit inside the Stumps for cold smoking
