Commissaries?
 
What kind of commissary do you all have? How often do you actually use it? What would be a reasonable rate? and finally how did you approach the owner and convince them of the mutual benefit? Please excuse my ignorance on this subject.

There are five here in the SA area. They are manditory for a mobile kitchen to use each day. A log book on your truck must be kept current. Use costs are $250.00 to 350.00 per year for basic water/grease load and unload. Everything else is extra. I'm sure this is all different in each state and county around the country.
