Why Weber makes these grilling guides so hard to find I do not know. They are great for newby's. Here is the one for beef.

You can use the links for pork, poultry, lamb, game, seafood, vegetables, and fruit. They cover "Cut of Meat", "Thickness or Weight" and "Approximate Cooking Time" There are pdf files for download. I have copies from 2003 that I refer to on a regular basis when I pickup unfamiliar cuts. They are great for ballpark times. I was going to scan and post them till I found these.

didn't know they were hard to find. been aware of them for a long time.

Maybe it is the fact that they are under "parts and support", but I've given out copies over the years to people who couldn't find them. I discovered that the version I have is currently at the Indian Weber site under "recipes".

I have their app in my phone which has these guides. I use it often to at least double check my plan

Also they have guides at the end of all their cookbooks
