Alton Brown's Good Eats does BBQ

I saw a thread on Saturday alerting me that Alton Brown's Good Eats show was taking on BBQ. I watched it and am only now able to come back to the Brethren site to try to gauge everyone's reaction.

Now I can't find the thread! So if someone can link to it that would be great - if there was no real discussion on here, wondering what people thought of the show?

My biggest question is whether many people brine their butts...
