Is it just me or does this thread seem to have been hijacked by the rib lovers?

:shock::roll::shocked::heh::doh:

I like ribs, but I prefer brisket as well.

RevZiLLa 07-11-2011 01:31 AM

We need an un-appreciation thread un-appreciation thread...but someone might not appreciate it

Of course nobody likes ribs! Nobody boils em like in the old days anymore.
The closest we have to old school ribs is the McRib, my granpappy could filet a rack of ribs in 2 minutes-a lost art.

deguerre 07-11-2011 07:07 AM

What are ribs?

Warthog 07-11-2011 07:31 AM

I don't like anything. I just cook for the fun of it.

Gore 07-11-2011 08:14 AM

I opened this thinking that the UN was sanctioning an Appreciation Day for Ribs. I was hoping to find out what day it is, so that I could cook some.

Bonewagon 07-11-2011 09:43 AM

I like ribs, but I think tri-tip is rapidly regaining it's place atop my favorites list.

I love this place. Good times.

Preach it brother Bigabyte! I'm with you. I like ribs, but I prefer pulled pork and brisket. Give me a big mound of meat on a plate than a slab of ribs. Oh and sausage. I would take good sausage too.

How much are you paying for ribs? Are you talking baby backs or spares?

The_Kapn 07-11-2011 10:04 AM

I am just waiting for some brave (foolish?) Brother to open the "UDS Un-Appreciation" thread :-D

I think we have enough money for flowers at his funeral. :-D
