Bought some baby backs from HEB grocery store a while back when they were on sale for $1.97 a lb. Today I put the ribs on the UDS with oak wood chips at 250 degrees and did the 2-2-1 method. I use a simple salt and pepper rub. After the first 2 hours I wrapped in foil. My wife likes ribs to be sauced so I put some Weber Original BBQ sauce on before I wrapped and let them sit for another 2 hours. And on the last hour unwrapped I continued to sauce them. Let me know what you guys think. I was pretty satisfied with them. Haven't been doing it for very long so I'm happy!

Nice lookin ribs. I love me some good ol basic ribs but with a good spritz. I would hammer at least half of the rack!

Great looking ribs man! I'm trying a simple S&P rub with apple wood today. Hope it comes out as good as yours.

Great looking ribs, I miss my UDS. Just couldn't move everything when you move 2600 miles. I will definitely make another one.
