Just signed up to take Mike Mills 2 day course "the business of bbq" out in murphysboro, IL. Really looking forward to learn from Mike and Amy Mills and the crew of 17th street bar and grill. Our catering business has been good, but feel this class will take us to the next level. Has anyone else taken this class?. What was your thoughts? now I just gotta wait till april to make the trip.
