Day off So I'm firing up.

I've been doing some temp work lately and I have a day off so I am going to fire up the smoker today. I H ave a coupla cornish hens that I brined and I am gonna throw on a 3lb. fatty just because I have fire. Anybody else got smoke?

There's some sort of ecological event going on here. There's a white, cold, powdery substance all over the ground. It gets wet on your hand after a while. Don't know why the eco-babes aren't all over this one.

The flight in flew just off the coast of Long Island. From 30,000 feet I coulda swore I saw somebody down there running around with a fuzzy blue hat on. Must be why it's a blue state I guess.
