During my final year in MD, I got my buddy Mike farking hooked on Q'ing. As many of you guys know, I was at the 'shop' every weekend cooking with him. Another buddy of ours Sparky was starting to show a little interest in the food, then the cookers, then fire control, etc. When I left MD, Mike was a bit bummed. But you know what, Sparky is farking hooked now. He started out and immediately bought a WSM. But Sparky is a heavy equipment mechanic and fabricator, so he always wants the big toys. He has a 6,000 square foot shop on 31 acres not far from Mike's place. So Sparky spent about 40 hours and built his first cooker. Attached are pics just prior to the painting. I don't have any pics of the finshed rig. They are going to season it tomorrow and toss 13 rackes of ribs on it. Wish the fark I could be there to root them on!

Need a name? HOG
DF and I have one similar in size "on loan" for vending next weekend.
It too just seemed to be a "HOG" to me

Did you help design it?
Have tuning capability and all?

You are right--quiet around the neighborhood.
Brothers ain't getting paid to surf- so they are cooking
