Houston Rodeo Cook Off, Who's Cooking

Who all is cooking at the HLSR Rodeo Cook Off this year?
I cook for a team called The Willis Group.
We have made it to the final table two times in 4 years for Chicken.
I have got to figure out what I need to do to place better in the second round of judging.

Anyway, who is cooking and for what team?

We're hoping to apply this year to have the chance to cook in it for 2012. Just now starting to research what all the steps are. Good luck you you!
