Hi. New guy from Wisconsin. Huge fan of BBQ who has traveled around to try some of the best. My favorites both happen to be in Memphis, Kozy Korner and Payne's. However, it's much more difficult to find up here in the north, and I'm looking forward to learning how to cook it myself. Got a very low end vertical dual pan smoker for xmas, and know that I will need an upgrade, but gotta start somewhere... Really excited to get started!!

Welcome to the addiction... Remember, there is no 12 step program for us!!!

If I recall, I did a bit of diving up around you in Two Rivers on the Christmas Tree Ship...

Greetings from the west, Algoma.

Don't think you can do a fish boil on the smoker.

Wife is from Oshkosh - Door county one of our favorite spots.

This is a great place to learn and to have fun. Will make winter more tolerable.

Keep it Low, slow, lots of smoke. If It don't taste good, give to your neighbors, try again, When your neighbor ask for more and don't run off. You got a good start.
Welcome
