At last! It appears that my soul has been directed by Chief Kickin' Chicken (Ancient spirit guide of Smoke and Fire), to a group of folks dedicated to Basting, Brotherhood, and Beer!

We're a couple of old radio jocks who have decided to finally pursue our life's true passion - competition pit smoking. We entered our first cookoff here in Texarkana at the Blues Festival last weekend and took 1st place. Now we think we're the ****. So before we get "smoked" at the next competition, I figured I better try and learn us a thing or two!

I've done plenty of competition smoking in the past, but it usually involved other sponsors (zig-zag, joker, swisher).

Now I seek permission to worship at the altar of the Brethren. I seek salvation, My soul is yours...

Now I gotta learn to cook whole hog...

Now that, is funny

Welcome Jack

Glad you found us.

Hope you enjoy the site.
Chime in anywhere.

Its not that we own the group with our high post counts, we just got here sooner.

Glad to have you aboard

PS, you have any peanut allergies we should know about?
