Hello Folks:
I am new to the forum, a long time eater of BBQ and grilling as is apparant by my belly.
My first smoker was not really a smoker, it was a Home Depot, rectangular grill that I just put the wood on one end and the meat on the other.
This one I have now got as a wedding gift little more than a year ago. It is a brinkman with the side fire box.
I love ribs, have not done a butt or brisket yet, but you all got my mouth watering with those photos. Have done a turkey for Thanks giving for four years now. All come out pretty good.
Will be buying or building a real one. I love to smoke and grill for company.
Look forward to learning from you all and love the fun banter you folks have.
I am a born and bred Mainer, in Central Maine. Well some how the photos went side ways. I also am technologically challenged. Sorry.

Welcome to the forum!

Closest I've been to "Central Maine" was at "Buck's Naked BBQ, Steakhouse and Juke Joint" in Freeport! Pretty good pork, but the seasoning on it was rub only. I used to live in New Hampshire, but that was well more than a life-time ago!!!
