Yep...that's right folks...January 22nd in Seattle...:-P Come on out and cook some lamb, ribs, chicken, and sausages with us...IF you can handle it! More info as Saffron (the event coordinator) releases it...BTW she is from Australia and her team is "Bush Kitchen"...:becky:
From what I understand so far Quantas Airlines is sponsoring the event raffling off a round trip ticket to Australia for a a family of 4...:thumb:

Sweet! I am so looking forward to the first cook of the year! :clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2:: clap2:
There are only 8 teams signed up so far so the odds are pretty good. :boxing:
JD, the round trip ticket for 4 does that include lodging at Smokin Aussies place? If so that would be a real bonus seeing as how
he's always doing the cookin. :becky: :thumb:
And how does the raffle work? is that for competitors only, does it include judges, or is everyone that attends eligible?
Thanks for this post. I hope it generates some interest. I'm looking forward to tasting some REALLY good BBQ
See you all there!
