When doing cattering . Do you supply the silverware and plates or do you just serve the meal.

Disposable plates and silverware are included. The rental of China and silverware are on the client. Build the cost in to your menu.

It depends on the situation. Early on I would always include "rental/usage" fees in with my quote. This made the meat seem more expensive. Now I break it down seperately, as most people don/t fully understand all the materials they will need to have, if they just want to buy the meat and try to put together a buffet line on their own. This way has worked out better for me.

Thnaks Guys. Much appreciated. A local banquet hall closed up and they have everything for sale So i was there looking at what they and deciding what I should pick up. Much appreciate the help.
