Never known of anybody to smoke or grill rattlesnake,
deep fried like fish is good. Salt, pepper, a coating of
corn meal then deep fry in peanut oil.
Don't forget to invite (Chicago Bill)

After the shotgun and a stick of dynamite there probably won't be much left to smoke!

Not good enough for me, small nuclear device and a plane ticket to Oahu where there are no snakes. Did I mention that I hate snakes, serious Indiana Jones mod.

All I ever heard of is fried in oil. Somebody told me that bacon drippin's was the best. That batch looks like you would need a turkey frier to do the job. I have never et rattler afore but I don't know of anybody that did and didn't like it. Same with gator. A lot of these things do not have much taste so the secret is in how they are fixed.
