View Full Version : Smokin' in DE
I figured I should introduce myself since I've been lurking here for a while. I've been cooking for years but got serious about the Q within the last two years. Equipment so far is a Brinkmann Cimmaron Deluxe offset, 22.5 Weber kettle with a home-made smokenator, A-Maze-N-Smoker, and an old 18.5 Weber Smokey Joe, soon to be modded into a Home-made WSM. I like pork butts and fatties!
Welcome to the party Stig - where in Wilmington are you?
Do you know where Delaware Park Racetrack is? Very close to that.
