Hello fellow Q'rs......quick introduction..as yo can see my name is dave...

Im a recently married father of 2 beautiful girls. I am an Union Electrician IBEW... Deputy Fire Chief of a Paid on Call Fire Dept.(aka volunteer)

My past times include hunting,fishing,camping,sport shooting,golf hockey and of course sitting on the patio with family and friends cookin up a storm.

I have in my arsonal 5 various types of smokers... then main players are my Weber performance, Bradley electric and the latest an offset smoker.

I enjoy smoking all kinds of meat ranging from moose,venison,beef,pork.
My favorite is ribs and brisket.

I look forward the great ideas and good wholesome comradeire.
