Wanted to see what you guys think on ribs, How many per order and what to sell for?. all types :boxing:

Not enough information. Restaurant, catering, vending, other meats, sides, age of customers, male, female? A rule of thumb is 4 people per slab, cut individually and served by your server not the customer. If they serve themselves your food cost will skyrocket and you will need to cook more per person.
