should have checked my spelling in the heading should be ST. Louis spare ribs, I have to smoke 40 racks in a few weeks for a client and I wish they were on sale

yep $2.49 lb there, $4.09 for St. Louis in the store in the town I live in, Reinhart Food service is $2.54 per lb

Either 1.68 or 1.84 per lb at Sams for Cases of spares I think. But ya gotta trim them.

40 racks is a lot to trim, but for 1/2 the cost it's worth it. Besides, trimming spares to a St. Louis cut is easy. It should only take you about 30 seconds per slab if that long.

Can't remeber the name of the place in St Cloud right on Hiway 10 might be another option

I would pay $2.49 lb at restaurant depot for st louis ribs before I trim 40 racks, I don't eat the trimmings and don't need them
