What is out there for portable fridge and freezers that one can put in a mobile kitchen that are HD approved?

Not sure about the rules in MN; but in general anything that's NSF approved will work for the HD.

I picked up a merchandise drink fridge fairly cheap. Like the glass door fridge that holds sodas at the checkout of the grocery store.
