I am sure you guy's have a million different recipes for chili, but in Wichita we have a chili cookoff every fall. And back in 1980, I obtained a recipe for what is called "black powder chili" and I would like to share it with you guy's. It took second place. And also I have a recipe for summer sausage that is made out of ground beef, don't turn your nose up at it just yet, it actually tastes very good, but I think if fixed on the smoker, it would be great! But I do not know how to get them posted. My scanner is broke, but I can fax it to an administrater and maybe they can get them on, or maybe know one is interested, but I know me and my family and friends enjoy both of them every year. Just a thought. :)
