Fab meat marinades

I know Phil used some B this weekend ..His note in the labor day menu thread wasn't favorable (yet his guest ate it all gone :shock: ) I think some one else was planning on using this weekend also...I am curious
about this product (its been mentioned on several threads) The chemical makeup is interesting (BrooklynQ... another brisket thread)..I quess what I am asking is this stuff yucky or yummy?

My old cooking partner tried it this weekend (first time he ever used it) and had the crowd give their views on a blind testing. They liked the Fab B brisket 3 to 1. Like everything it will be a personel taste matter in the end.
