I'm not going to steal the Belly Brothers' thunder on this, but I will say that there was a learning curve that had
me up most of Friday night running different scenerios in my head, and then a phone call to the Grand Poobahmeister
to confirm our collective thoughts. She (the smoker) is one sweet, spoiled ass lady that wants things her way for sure.
But once we figured out what she required from us, then she did her job to the ultimate. We ended up being able to
get a good 3 hour burn without dropping but 1 or 2 degrees with a lit chimney loaded on top of a half chimney Minion style.
Once one of the Brothers puts up some pics and explains her design and make up, you'll understand better about
the learning curve.
She's one sweet smoker, for sure. The Brothers did good!

And then a phone call to the Grand Poobahmeister
to confirm our collective thoughts. Thanks Grand PooBah for the Long Distance help.
Like Kick said "She is sweet" We will soon have some pictures up for you guys and gals
as soon as we get BellyBro's shorts put out. We now know you have to fill the water pan "ALL THE WAY"
she likes to be full and she likes a lot of meat in her. Boy this isn't turning out rite. Did I say that?
