First weekend at home since June (wow, long time). No way I can wait for monday to cook.
Mook and I have a 12# Brisket and 13# of pork we are throwing on tonight. Going to do the all night cook thing. Then get up bright and early and watch football all day tomorrow. Can't wait to see the Horns!
Went to the beer store with Mook last night. Picked up to 30 packs of beer, decided it was not enough picked up another 30! (hey its a long time till sunday).

We're not waiting until Monday either!
New smoker is ready for pickup today at 2:00pm. I am having a hard time working as all I can think about is the new Smoker.
BellyBrotherII is picking up on his way home.
Solidkick and his beautiful wife are running around town picking up supplies. Butts, Ribs, Brisket, Loin, Fatties, and Italian sauasage.
We are going to break in the virgin smoker tonight!!!!!!!!
I will post pictures as soon as possible. i will have to have solidkick help me with that I am sure.
Also cooking some stuff for some guys who work with Belly Brother II for there feed this weekend!

I'll be on the 35 north end, midway up on the west side.....still misssing section 28U.

Well we got the meat on abour 11 pm PST. we are through about one39 pack. mmmmmm beer.

An update on the cook. Went to bed about 3 this morning temp in the WSM was steady at 220. Woke up at 8 to a temp of 202. Added a little more fuel, got it up to 250, now closed the vents to try to cool it off a hair.
Maybe 30 beers left.
It's gonna be a good day!!!!!
