Anybody ever smoke using grapevines? I know they can be used, but would like to know what type of flavor to expect from them. I have access to a bunch if they are any good.

I have smoked grape vines but never smoked with grape vines. I would guess that they would provide light flavor and would work fine.

I have used them on some ribs. Nice sweet smell while burning and nice flavor. Grape didn't create a lot of BTU's and burned fairly quick.
Here's a picture of some of the grape wood I used.

A friend of mine sent me a couple of bags of grape wood from an internet supply company. Very mild and sweet flavor, kind of like apple.
I wouldn't use it on pork, but it's awesome on chicken.
I don't have enough for a wood fire in my dera, so I just use them for grilling. I mainly just throw one or two chunks on the coals when I do beer can chickens.
