Backyard grilling event to be held Oct 10, at Ski Blue Mountain, Palmerton PA three categories steak, ribs, and chef choice, GC takes home $2500.00. Payout up to 5th place. Entry fee is only $100.00 and the team space is extremely limited (20-25 teams). If your interested PM me for cooks packet and application.

Take a look a the website. This will be our first time so I am as blind as you. The only thing that looks familiar is the ribs and chili.

The turn-ins should have six identifiable pieces in the turn- in box including the steak.

The number of teams will be limited to 20. and all teams are invited to camp over friday night at the mountain.
