Probably the coolest BBQ thing I have ever heard about...nothing going on out there is even in the same ball park with this. amazing.

Well deserved.
Pretty amazing experience. New Yorkers were top notch (cept the ones wearing Jets green). Tons of questions and interest in what I was cooking on the sidewalk in the west village. I even left my Jambo on the street overnight and it was safe and sound in the AM.

I'll give it a 8. I would of given it a 9 for appearance. But you missed some spots on those ribs with that Blues Hog.... :becky:

BTW that brisket point dish with the pickled onion looks awesome!!! OK, they all look awesome. But that one stood out.
