Need a Bandera

I need a Bandera! I ordered one for my husbands birthday from the New Braunfels site and they totally flaked. Can't pay $499 for one. It is so frustrating. They have them at the Walmarts on the east coast. Nothing in California. Can you help?

I found mine at Sportmart about two months ago when i was still living in SoCal, I have not looked up here in the NoCal Stores but it can't hurt to try.

New Braunfels is now a part of Charbroil so most of the Bandera's out there will have the Charbroil name on them.

Also maybe look at the Brinkman Smoke King Deluxe at Lowes, very similar to the Bandera cept the smoke and fire chambers are reversed. Root around the site a bit, there are a few post that describe the differences beteween the two.

First off- so a seach on the forum for "Quest"!
Many of us have gone through the pain of finding a Bandera.

In the threads, you will find the Lowes SKU and Home Deopt SKUs for the bandera. You should pay between $199 (in TX) to $299 elseware and no more!

Tomorrow--promise to myself- I will find those and post them as a "sticky" so we dont have to hunt.

In the mean time--the Bandera (and it's Brinkman twin) is the best "cunsumer grade" verticle smoker on the market- In spite of the grief we give it here with our MOD's!
