Southern Flavor Tenderizer

I just got my first shipment of Southern Flavor and the label lists a tenderizer as one of the contents. Does anyone know if this is MSG?

Tenderizer and MSG are two different things. MSG is a flavor enhancer, it is made from products like wheat and tomatoes. Pizza comes to mind.
Tenderizer is normally an acidic fruit of some kind.
