I've gotten the impression from some of you that there is a BBQ joint or two in Texas.

Would one of them be in Houston? :P

Seriously, got a family friend moving down there this weekend. Teacher mod.

She said as soon as they get their, they are stopping at a BBQ place they scoped out close by.

I was hoping to give her the names (addresses if you got them) of some of the Brother Tested joints that offer the real deal.

Gonna compile a list and email it to her. I was going to read through Road Trips too and see if there are mentions.
