Hi everyone
My name is Gary and I have been grilling and smoking for nearly 50 years.

I belong to a couple of Smoking Forums and stumbled across this one a few days ago and recognize some friends on here as well.

Just recently ventured into the world of sausage and bacon and am having a blast.

As for equipement I have a 4 burner Cookon from BBQ Galore a SmokinTex 1400 and an A MAZE N SMOKER
