People pay good money for that kind of info. I suggest doing a search here for turn in boxes or "judge my box". Folks here are more likely to help if they see you putting in the effort.

Or even better, do a practice run under competition conditions at your house. You've seen what not to do. Take pics and post them. Everyone will be happy to tell you what they think will work and what won't.
