Howdy!

I'm going to beat my head on the wall (again) and try to get my COS to work today, doing some spareribs. Hopefully what I've gleaned from lurking here the past few days will help me out, some impressive Q knowledge here!

Here's my COS. Got this around ??? 8 years or so ago. Haven't done any of the mods yet, I did make a quickie aluminum barrier to the left of the rack that should keep the direct heat off that side of the meat.
