I was refered to this site to find information on the Bandera Mods, and that i certainly did.I was overwhelmed by this group your are so helpfull and funnier than hell. I'm not sure i can keep up with you guys.
I was born and raised in Spfld. MA.(Mass.) and moved to Az in '56.I am a Plumbing Contactor and have a office set up in part of the quest house with all my babies right outside the door so i can "Q" while i'm working. I have a NB Lukenbach,OK Joes.WSM and my Bandera. I also have a Char Broil Pro (gas) that was a gift from my wife. She liked because it was Stainless Steel, i refuse to use it. it's OK to grill on but that's it. I belong to the AZBBQA,NMBBQA, and just took the KCBS class, March i am taking the Paul Kirk Class.

first, Welcome! I have a feeling that you will have no problems at all keeping up and fitting in after reading the hardware list and your obvious interest and passion for Q.

Welcome, and glad to have you here. It must be real rough working and smoking at the same time. Sounds like Phil, every time I talk with him he has something in the smoker and is working from home.

Welcome my new brother! Being a plumber, can you do anything for Bill's pipes? I think they may be a little backed up!

Bill's pipes were invented in Chicago. Doesn't that explain it all?

Mr. Smoker, nice arsenal. Anyone with that much iron is just the kind of fanatic that makes this place what it is. Welcome Brother!

You are definitely in the right group. Wait till you start hanging around the butcher's area in the grocery store to see what comes out next!

What are your favorite programs on foodtv?

MistaSince i bought my Bandera and found this site i haven't had time for foodtv. Busy with Mods and smokin or checking out all the recipes and trying new things.I'm learning more here and enjoy doing it myself rather then watching someone else do it. When i brought Buffalo Turds to the table they knew i had lost it!
