On February 10, 2007 at the Humble Rodeo in Humble, Texas, I began my competitive BBQ career cooking my first BBQ competition with Craig Sharry (Texana) and Doug Dennin (BBQ Doug) as Crapshoot BBQ. In less than 2 weeks, on July 3rd, 2010 I'll cook my 50th BBQ competition. That blows me away! :shocked: Times really does fly when you're having fun!! :grin:

You started just a couple of months later than we did. We realized after the fact that our 50th was this spring -- we missed the milestone. :wacko: We're getting ready to pull out for #58 tomorrow morning.
Here's looking forward to your #100, and #150, and so on! :thumb:
