I am going to stop reading your posts. You make me miss Texas too much.
Its good for my daily "why did i move away from Austin" thoughts as I drive to work though.

Jorge, thanks for posting. I've hit about 6 on the list so far - got to get down South for a few more soon. Living in Austin, you're much closer to a bunch of 'em.

Some of the Q I ever had in TExas came from a place in Galveston called Mama's. She only sold Q on friday evenings. She opened at 5pm and was usually sold out by 7pm. Then she went back to her main business of running a brothel.
Course I didn't learn that until I got older....
