We are doing our first IBCA comp this weekend in Santa Maria,Ca..the rules state that the ribs have to be spares..Question can they be trimmed down to STL cut or do they have to have the flap meat attached?..thanks guys.

You want to trim them down to St. Louis and do the HollyWood Cut when slicing to box!

Yea man Most if not all will be Hollywood Cut
