Hi my name is Mark, it was pointed out to me that it would be a good idea to introduce myself in the Cattle Call room. As of three weeks ago, I purchase a Bandera BBQ, which I truely enjoy. I accidently discovered the Bandera Bretheren looking around the internet for information on how to use my new smoker. I have been coming in this site for about three weeks, and have learned alot of different ways on how to use the smoker and make some very good Q. I have enjoyed visiting with alot of you already, last week got a little bumpy and rough, but I think that has been ironed out....hopefully, because I really enjoy learning from you people and getting in on some of the crazy conversations that go on, and the seriousness of BBQing. I live in Haysville, Kansas, and work at Boeing Aircraft, and have done so for 23 years. I am married and have two daughters that drive me farking nuts, but I will keep them anyway. By the way, what I have learned so far on the art of smoking meat, my wife actually likes the meat taht I fix now, and I owe you all a BIG THANKS, because I learned it from you. Hope to talk to you all a whole lot more as I get to know you. Thanks again.......Mark.
