So the wifey goes out of town. Been gone for most of the week. Sunday comes...I am home alone and what do I do? Q! Just for me! Which makes it official....I am a Q-Head!!

1st set = Smoked w/ Hickory, Finished on Grill - lightly sauced

2nd set = Indirect Grilled - lightely sauced (no smoke)

Last pick is both plated!!
