Supposed to rain all day. I rubbed and or marinated everything yesterday, so I am having at it.

On the menu today are 1 brisket, 3-8 pound butts, 2 slabs of baby backs, about 25 country style ribs, 1 Jimmy Dean regular fatty and one Bob Evans maple fatty.

I made a rain shield for my exhaust and we are up and running.

Don't know yet. I had a couple of the country style ribs last night. That was it. They were pretty tasty, but I am still not a big fan of country style.

Everything got fridged at about 9 p.m. I was whupped and did not feel like cutting meat whatsoever. Garage mod kicked my ass (yes I am still working on it). Working on electric in the house for the remod mod right now. Will probably break around noon and start hacking and pulling meat.

Just got done carving up the brisket. Damn!!! That was the best farking briskit I ever tasted, period. seriously. That would have been an award winner. TK's Dr. Pepper marinade sans the hot sauce. Wow. Incredible. Tender as can be. Better than I have ever had at one of those St. Louis q joints, or anywhere else for that matter.

Actually - I've added some dashes of So. Flavor in both Cajun and Charbroil, also some Durkee 6 Pepper blend. Brisket I did last weekend was a frigging winner too.
