I don't think this site is limited to KCBS, FBA, IBCA or MBA is it?

OK, here goes. Mods, please delete/move this if it breaks the rules.

Today is the official launch of the Intermountain Barbecue Association (http://www.imbbqa.com/). We exist to promote and expand barbecue in the Inter-Mountain West region of Utah, Nevada, Southern Idaho and Western Wyoming.

Good luck with the new organization. I took a quick look at the site and I didn't find anything about sanctioning. Will they be a sanctioning body?

EricNo, we have no plans to be a sanctioning body.
