I got Solidkicks sauce :)
Solid sent be a couple local bottles from Columbia Mo yesterday.
First one was called "Show Me" sauce. Can't wait to try this one. It has Liquid Smoke in the title, so Phil would love it too.
The second is Buck Creek BBQ Sauce in the Berry Hot variety. This looks good also. Habanero is in the list of ingredients.
I got 2 more bottles today from Buzz. I ain't gonna say nothing more about them yet, cuz they might be for the Sauce Mook campaign (don't read that mook).
I'll wait till I get a hold of him, but he is starting the tournament trail slash move mod.
So thanks Solid, for the solid.
And thanks Buzz, you two are the schinitz

Expect another bottle of MOFO sauce any day now. I turned it over to Lance Armstrong's sponsors tuesday.
I got sauced too. Bought myself a qt of BluesHog today when I resupplied on wood. Quite tasty, not a HOT sauce, just a nice warm finish, as best as I could tell on a spoon. Noticed something on the label that gives away why it's so good, it's made in Missouri!! :P

Thanks Buzz.

The name of the burg I live in is Harrisonville. You may have seen the Square and courthouse in the HBO movie The Day After. Locals have called Harrisionville, Hooterville for as long as I can remember. Mostly I suppose because its just as country and backward as the one near the Junction.

P.S. Thanks for Inviting me willkat98! I hope you will stop by my brand new site and help me get it off the ground!

I have tried all three of Head Country sausees, I like the Hot best. I use their Seasioning for a dry rub. It is good stuff, starts working right away.

I tried Solidkicks Show Me sauce. Pretty good, but not a fair trial.
We had left over chili.
Wife was yelling at me cuz I added hot sauce.
Flaming mouth not good time to try new sauce.

Big Dog,
What's it like?
It is good, but not great. I take sauces like this, and use them as a base for making them better, or more spicey. This kind of sauce is also good as is for children and spouses that like a mild, yet flavorful sauce.
I have only had the regular sauce. The hot sauce and rub sounds good Al. I have not found them here yet but will look for them. Thanks for the tip.

I agree with Al on Head Country. Hot is best, and I've been using it for some time. Has a little kick to it, plus it's not too pricey and available in local grocery stores here in OK. Have yet to try the rub.
By the way Bill, thanks for the SF drop!!

I picked up 3 flavors of the Buck Creek sauce when I was in Columbia MO back in september. I loved all three of them. They are on my list of sauces to reorder.

Buck Creek is out of Business. Sorry to have to do that to him but he is now officially retired and off of the shelves. Too Bad, because he had a good Raspberry Sauce.
