Today is a Smoke Day

Today is going to be a great day, Another clear sunny day in NoCal. I got a flat, pork loin and pork ribs all going today.

What a wonderful way to spend a sunday.

It's about 70, overcast now, chance of rain later, light breeze 5-10 mph. I've got a shoulder roast, and some ribs going. Got some nice temps going, using hardwood/charcoal mix, and apple wood splits.

It's gonna be good! :)

Oh, I'm in Minneapolis/St. Paul, actually about 8 miles from the Wisconsin border.
