i cut down my ponderosa lemon tree bout 8 months ago and just cut it up and sittin in a bucket waitin for use. Is it mild like apple or what?
It's mild like LEMON! :D
I've heard that citrus wood goes well with fish or chicken.

Sittin in a bucket? Are you soaking the wood? Also are you using chips or chucks?

You cought me Bill... I just wanted to make sure a fellow brother was not soaking wood chunks. As I understand that is a bad thing... but it is ok to soak wood chips... actually almost a nessecity.
Man do I miss visiting this small piece of heaven on the Internet!
