Has anyone ever used their products? I am ordering 50 cases of st louies blind. They seem to have a decent name, we will see what happens!

I've used them in comps. They are good. Although, for some reason, I seem to find that their untrimmed spares are thicker than their trimmed ribs...

I use them when catering. They come pre-trimmed which is nice. They do need to be slaked since they are not individually wrapped. Restaurant Depot carries them at times. I probably wouldn't use them when competing because they aren't as meaty. Not that I couldn't but I prefer the costco ribs due to their size.

Thanks guys. I have never used them before. My meat guy showed up with 40 cases of 3.25 and I sent them back. I ordered 2.25 and should have 40 cases today. Thanks a lot

What are you doing with 2.25's??

Pretty small ribs even for vending unless your selling cheap. :becky:
