I use my Mom's idea on cooking, "a little of this and a little of that".
The cooks on this site may have a problem with this but this is what I do.
Gallon Can of Bush Baked Beans. (from Sams)
Half of a big white and purple onion , chopped into 1/4 inch squares.
Can of Musroom slices.
Hot Salusa.
Brown Sugar.
Maple Suryp pancake stuff.
Chopped fresh tomatoes.
Head Country Seasoning.
Sothern Flavor - Charcoal - thanks Bill
Soy.
Worshie.
Some Chilie seasioning.
Some mustard.
BBR above the pot.
And some of whatever I'm drinking (cheap booze).
This time, I'm adding two cans of Bush Black Beans.
Fark, what u expect, just an laid-off engineer!

Here is recipe for my favorite beans:
3 cans pinto beans (I usually get Trappley's brand, but any brand will do)
1 whole white onion, chopped
5-6 large cloves garlic, chopped
3 jalepenos, seeded and chopped
10-12 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
3 large tomatoes, chopped
salt, pepper, cumin
Put all three cans beans in a pot, juice and all.
In a separate frying pan, begin to fry up the cut-up bacon. After a couple minutes, add onions, garlic, and japs. Cook until onions clear.
Put frying pan mix (bacon, onion, garlic, japs) into pot with beans. Add tomotoes, salt, pepper, and cumin (amount depending on your taste, Cumin is key).
Cook on low for at least 1 hour.
Will last for several days. I've also added left over pork butt (preferrably the charred outer pieces).
ENJOY!
