I am making some right now. But mook got me distracted and its turned into a Smoke Chili, about a pound of fatty and 4 of brisket. We smoked some red jap'sand habenoro's tothrow in there.

I think is a few hours we are going to endup with some tasty stuff.

Mook has been taking pics and notes so we will let you know how it turns out.
