It seems like we just put issue 2 to bed, but issue 3 is right around the corner.
Here are a few things you can look forward to:
1) The first in a regular series entitled The Business of BBQ. This issue will focus on a gentleman named Neil Strawder who vends BBQ at a number of farmers markets in LA. Maybe you've heard of him?
2) An interview with recipes from Chef Chris Cosentino. Aside from his activities on the Food Network, Chef Cosentino is a man who knows grilling. Wait until you see some of the photos we have of him at work at an outdoor bacchanalian feast in Napa.
3) An interview with recipes from chili expert and champion Cindi Reed Wilkins.
4) An article on wood, what to look for, what to choose and when to use it.
I hope that we are able to make as big a jump from issue 2 to issue 3 as we did from issue 1 to issue 2.
Thanks for supporting the magazine.
Eric
